Items, technical data, and services provided by Strike Raptor Defense Technologies are controlled by the US Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130.

Restricted Access
Any technical data or information accessed through the Strike Raptor portal is for US Persons and authorized Foreign National Persons only. Disclosing or exporting this information to unauthorized Foreign Persons without a state license or exception is a violation of federal law.

Reporting Requirements
Suspected violations of ITAR regulations must be reported immediately to Strike Raptor's ITAR Compliance Officer.
